In the Tasting Room
Step inside our tasting room and many immediately remark on the wonderful smell of the pine that lines the floors, walls, and ceilings. The building was made by a small handful of Amish craftsmen, and those same builders and their families have become our dear friends.
Our tasting room provides an abundance of options for sitting to enjoy a glass or basking in the sun over a picnic with a bottle and your friends. The tasting room offers a variety of tables and seating, as well as chess, checkers, and oftentimes, a jigsaw puzzle underway. We have a beautiful front porch with plenty of seating that stays well-shaded, even on the hot days of the summer. We also have a deck on the back of the tasting room that has beautiful views of our pond and the vineyard on property. There is even a picnic table underneath a beautiful tree just next to the tasting room, where you're very welcome to set up with your picnic and a bottle of our wine.
Enjoying a Tasting
Our modest tasting fee includes generous tasting pours of our wines and includes a small plate of crackers and cheese. With advance reservation, we also offer group tastings that include additional pairing options.
Food for Purchase
We sell a variety of Amish cheeses, crackers, and oil and bread as small accompaniments for your wine. In addition to our wines, we proudly sell a variety of fruit butters, salsas and preserves from Hartland Farms, another proud Markham, VA family business. On occasion, we also offer local, farm-fresh eggs and honey.
